interest in the field of neurological research
and development.

be an international leader in its core
research areas |

take the in-house development of each of
its compounds to as advanced a state of
development as it believes is
appropriate in order to enhance the
commercial opportunities available to
the Company in respect of each compound |

to
negotiate collaborations with leading
pharmaceutical companies, where the
Company believes that the development
and/or marketing of its lead compounds
would be optimized by collaboration with
our partners, whether it be during
pre-clinical or clinical development of
the compound. |

to
maintain the commercial rights for its
products in North America with the
possibility of expanding these primary
markets to Europe and Asia Pacific
countries. |
Through
this strategy, Neuro Biomed Inc. aims to achieve two
main objectives. First, a long term
collaboration relationship with our partners
that yield mutually positive return of
investment from the joint venture. Second, we
aim to build up our capabilities in the areas of drug
development, manufacturing of compounds on a
larger scale for extended clinical trials and,
in the long term, marketing and sales of our
pharmaceutical products.
